FAQ
  • Why should I stage my property?
Home staging has become popular because of its profound, proven power to inspire buyers and help them envision themselves owning a property. Making the effort to stage, paint, clean and repair shows you care - and the ROI tends to prove it. Obvious cut corners, empty homes, cell-phone photos and cheap or cookie-cutter staging can be turn-offs for L.A. buyers. The more relatable, inspiring and "move-in-ready" your property is - online and in person - the more people will want to see it, which tends to translate into more visitors and offers, a faster sale, a higher price….you get the idea. Many of the comparable homes in your area will be staged and have a great online presence, so this is where keeping up with the Jones' is actually a smart move.
  • Why should I choose Eleven Interiors?
In a design-conscious city like L.A., style matters. Our work has a creativity, personality and authenticity that buyers relate to. The attention to detail is what helps make our clients' properties inspiring and memorable. Each project is custom tailored to the area, architecture and buyer pool using furniture, rugs, plants, artwork and accessories to make each room look its best. You have a lot to juggle when selling a home. Eleven Interiors makes the staging aspect easy, affordable, fast, clear (and dare we say enjoyable) so you can wrap it up and relax.
  • What are some home staging statistics?
    1. A National Association of Realtors (NAR) survey found that home staging generates an 8-10% return on investment. (Many agents agree it's much higher in the L.A. area.) 2. They also found that staged homes usually sell for 6% above the asking price. 3. Staged homes spend 73% less time on the market than non-staged homes and sell 2 - 11x faster than homes that aren't staged. 4. 90% of buyers look at photos online first - the better your home looks in photos, the more buyers will want to visit. 5. It's estimated that only 10% of home buyers can visualize the potential of a home. That means 90% are not going to be able to look past dirt, clutter, and imperfections.
